Alexandre Baulé serves as the CIO and VP of Information Systems at Embraer, the leading Brazilian aircraft manufacturer. Baulé is a strong digital team leader and is known for being open and adaptable, with a high level of emotional intelligence and quick learning capabilities. He has a broad base of experiences and skills, including leadership positions with highly recognized brands like Johnson & Johnson and Unilever prior to joining Embraer. He focuses on building cohesive teams through a focus on high ethical values regarding purpose, change management, strategy development and collaboration.  

Baulé recognizes the significance of collaboration and partnerships both internally and externally to the organization. He is a long-term strategic thinker but also a short-term trouble shooter when necessary. He is motivated by challenges where he can learn and grow.

Holding a wide range of expertise in IT, industrial operations, engineering, finance and overall business management, he has held his current position since 2010. At Embraer, he is responsible for corporate IT, enterprise IT architecture, IT governance, corporate IT projects portfolio and corporate IT infrastructure (including datacenters, telecom & networking, helpdesk and field services, information security and identity management, IT products and services portfolio).

Baulé received his engineering degree at the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica, and received a Masters in Business Administration, with a focus on industrial operations and production management at Fundação Getulio Vargas.
